What stands behind the work

We are heating and cooling professionals, and we maintain a high level of quality among our staff. All of our installers and technicians are trained on a regular, ongoing basis, and the company is bonded and insured.

Central Heating & Cooling is a factory authorized Carrier dealer. Carrier Dealers are the home heating and cooling experts to turn to: a single resource for everything you need, from tailoring your ideal comfort system to installation, service and beyond. We are also a WaterFurnace geothermal dealer, and the company holds a BBB A+ accreditation.

Two more credentials do not fit on a certificate. We run our own full sheet metal fabrication shop in Montgomery City, so the duct systems we install are built by the same company that stands behind them. And we service and repair all makes and models, which means our technicians work on the whole field, not just the equipment we sell.

We called Central Heating & Cooling, Montgomery City MO, and they answered, took our name & said they would get to us as soon as they could.  That was at 10am on a Sunday morning. At 3:00pm that day Ben B showed up and within 45 minutes we had cool air again!  He was FANTASTIC!!  He knew what he was doing, did it efficiently and was also very nice and friendly.  I don't want my unit to break again but I would certainly like to work with the Company &  Ben B again!!!

He even went into the crawl space under the house to make sure no mice had chewed through the wiring.  He was very methodical in his approach in diagnosing our problem. He checked out the entire system to make sure we were ready for the summer. We certainly will use Central again should the need arise.

The Central repairman came very quickly and replaced the tubing. Then I remembered the worn out flapper in the toilet tank and he replaced that as well. Very professional and pleasant to work with.
