Thank you for your fine service.  You always show up when you say you are coming.

All of your crew are courteous and the quality of your work is excellent. 

You have put in a Water Heater, new A/C, sewer line and moved my incoming electric line.

Just wanted you to know all of your crew are hard workers, they don’t stand around talking or drinking coffee.  When they start work, they go at it until it’s done, no matter the weather.

They answer any questions you have and leave everything neat and clean.
