Good To Know

One outdoor unit can serve a single zone or multiple zones, and most indoor units both heat and cool; a cooling-only high wall unit is available too. Sound levels run as low as 16 decibels, each unit ships with a wireless remote, and 10-year parts limited warranties apply with timely registration. We handle the pairing, the lineset and the install, and we also offer packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC) for single-room applications.

We called Central Heating & Cooling, Montgomery City MO, and they answered, took our name & said they would get to us as soon as they could.  That was at 10am on a Sunday morning. At 3:00pm that day Ben B showed up and within 45 minutes we had cool air again!  He was FANTASTIC!!  He knew what he was doing, did it efficiently and was also very nice and friendly. He even went into the crawl space under the house to make sure no mice had chewed through the wiring.  He was very methodical in his approach in diagnosing our problem. The Central repairman came very quickly and replaced the tubing. Then I remembered the worn out flapper in the toilet tank and he replaced that as well. Very professional and pleasant to work with.
