Do you repair brands other than Carrier?
Yes. We service and repair all makes and models. Carrier is what we install, but a furnace is a furnace to our technicians.
How do you decide what size system I need?
With a load calculation, not a guess. We measure the home, count windows and doors, factor in orientation and ductwork, and size from there.
How do I know if I should replace instead of repair?
Age over 15 years, repeat repairs, rising bills or uneven temperatures. We will price the repair and the replacement side by side.
Is my indoor air really that bad?
In a tight, well-insulated home it can be two to five times more polluted than outdoor air. A free consultation tells you where you stand.
How often should my system be serviced?
Twice a year: the furnace before heating season, the air conditioner before cooling season. That is what a service agreement schedules for you.
What does the service agreement include?
Two performance tune-ups a year, energy-saving coil cleaning, our 30-day labor warranty and priority scheduling.
